FOOD FOR THE BODY

7 POINT CHEESY CHICKEN

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded 2% milk cheddar cheese
dried chives, to taste
paprika

Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Trim chicken and arrange in baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream together until smooth. Pour soup over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 350*. The sauce and cheese will melt all together and get all ooey and gooey...YUM! I used to serve this over white rice or baked potatoes. but now I serve the sauce over steamed broccoli or cauliflower with a big green salad on the side. This keeps it truly a 7 point dinner and your family will never even think 'good-for-you' at all!
