FOOD FOR THE BODY

Taco Chili

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
2 15-oz. cans chunky Mexican-style tomatoes
1 15-oz. can red kidney beans
1 15-oz. can whole kernal corn

In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown. Drain fat. In a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, combine ground beef, taco seasoning, undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, and undrained corn. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 3 hours. Serves 4 to 6. 4 points per serving.
