FOOD FOR THE BODY

Oven Barbecue Chicken

Serves 6
Points Value: 6

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bottles Kraft barbecue sauce
1 can crushed pineapple, drained well

Spray 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Trim chicken and place in pan. In separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce and pineapple, then pour over chicken. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until done. Serve with corn on the cob and spinach salad for a complete dinner of 8 points.

Note* Two whole bottles may be a little too much. Just make sure you have two parts BBQ sauce to one part pineapple. We usually make this in a Dutch oven. It's a great camping recipe!
