Summer Macaroni Salad (from Weight Watchers 20 Mintues Cookbook)

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
1 1/2 c. uncooked medium elbow macaroni
1/2 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. frozen petite green peas, thawed
1/2 c. diced reduced fat ham
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain. Rinse with cold water until cool. Drain.
Combine pasta, cheese, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
