FOOD FOR THE BODY

Texas Two-Step Chicken (From Pace Picante Sauce Label)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 c. Pace Picante Sauce (or other salsa)
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. dijon mustard

Place chicken in sprayed shallow baking dish. Mix together salsa, brown sugar, and mustard and pour over chicken. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with brown rice and a spinach salad. Each serving is 4-5 points, not including sides.
