FOOD FOR THE BODY

Honey Lime Pork Chops (submitted by Rachel)

1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 T. honey
2 garlic cloves
6 (4 oz. the skinny ones) pork loin chops

Combine the first four ingredients in a bowl or bag and add pork chops, coating them. Refrigerate for eight hours or overnight, the longer the limier they get. Grill chops over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 6-7 minutes or until juices run clear. Serving size one chop. Points value, 4.
