FOOD FOR THE BODY

Berry Breakfast Shake

2 c. frozen blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry mix
2 (6 oz.) cartons vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 small banana
1/2 c. fat-free milk
2 T. toasted wheat germ
1 T. honey

Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. Points per serving is 4.
