FOOD FOR THE BODY


HERBED PARMESAN CRISPS (from http://www.weightwatchers.com/)
Use on your next soup or salad-YUMMY!

Serves: 12 (2 per serving)

4 oz. Parmesan cheese, finely shredded (about 1 1/2 c.)
2 T. fresh chives, minced
2 T. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 425*. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray. Place scant tablespoons of cheese on prepared pans, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. Flatten out each pile of cheee into an oval shape; sprinkle with herbs and pepper. Bake until cheese crisps turn golden and rssemble lace cookies, about 5 to 6 minutes. Cool on pan until set and then move to wire rack to cool completely.
