FOOD FOR THE BODY


FRUIT KABOBS AND FRUIT DIP (from http://www.skinnytaste.com/)

Serves: 10
Points: 2

3 lbs. fruit
10 bamboo skewers

Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces to keep them all relatively the same size. Place onto wooden skewers and keep chilled until ready to eat.

Dip:

1 cup low fat sour cream
4 tbsp brown sugar
Combine sour cream and brown sugar. Place in a bowl to use as a dip
